What's in your LJ? mostly random life stuff, I talk about shows and movies too, but these days it's mostly personal things

Outlander.

Have you read the books? nope, not yet! I'd heard about them and wanted to read but I never got round to it; the show has definitely kindled a new interest in them for me though! :)
Favourite characters: no surprises there, Claire and Jamie ;) I was quite interested in Graham McTavish's character at first as well (cause Graham McTavish!) but so far he's turning out to be a bit of a dick hahaha
What’s your favourite thing about the show so far? literally everything! the general atmosphere, the soundtrack, the scenery, the costumes, the Gaelic!, and of course Claire/Jamie
What is one thing you wish the show would improve on? the only thing I could think of is subtitles for the Gaelic, even though in a sense it adds to the mystery not knowing what they're saying and it makes you identify with Claire more, cause she doesn't understand it either
Favourite moments so far: bloody and hurt Jamie near the end of 1x01 and the whole "I suppose that means you're coming with me dialogue" UGHH it's when I knew I was completely and utterly in love LOL :P but any moment between him and Claire when there's *those looks* and things, or when he was sleeping outside her room, that was so adorable :')
